The Jab.

I had my second covid vaccination yesterday. Brilliant to get it done. Very quick, very easy. Smooth as clockwork. They give you some paperwork with various things on it like side effects. Today I feel like I’ve been kicked by a horse. Not a little Shetland pony but a gigantic Shire horse. A very angry Shire horse with extra large hoofs and knuckle dusters attached. It’s well worth a headache though and what an amazing thing this vaccine roll out is. Hopefully I’ll be back bright and breezy tomorrow!

Vinny, we also get a piece of paper with instructions and such. I have a card issued by the government that states I have had both vaccines. The first dose made me feel like hell, a nasty headache, and extreme fatigue. The second dose did nothing, felt great. It may take a couple of days to feel better, but I think each person will react differently.

It’s all worth it! I will continue to wear my mask and carry hand sanitiser for the foreseeable future. Taking my first plane ride tomorrow to see family in Michigan, finally! Stay safe my friend. 🇬🇧

That’s great news. Bet it’s been awhile since your last visit. Same here, still being careful but the signs are looking good.
